Check Order Status
Firstly check that your order whether hasn't shipped yet. If your item is marked "Shipped", check the seller "Citigoo" policies to see if they are able to offer a replacement or refund.
After Shipment
If any issues come up after your order has been shipped, you will need to work with seller "Citigoo" and the shipping service directly.

Processing Time
Order preparation
After order is paid and confirmed, seller begins to process your order. The normal processing time is about 1-5 days, and then plus carrier transit time.

- Shipping fees are calculated at a package level
- Items from the same seller (i.e "Sold by Citigoo") in one order will be grouped together
- Please refer to Checkout to see if free shipping is applicable to your items
- Final shipping fee (if any) will be calculated after voucher codes/campaign (if any) are applied

The shipping status on your order page keeps you updated about your order. Once the seller "Citigoo" has completed the order and it is ready to ship, you'll get an email shipping notification from Citigoo.
Processing
This means Not Shipped. The seller "Citigoo" is preparing your order.
Shipped
This means that the seller "Citigoo" has dispatched the order.
In Transit
The seller "Citigoo" has shipped your order and it is on its way to you. You can see a track number of your package.
Delivered
The package has arrived, and you can now leave a review for your order.
Completed
The order is completed and finished.
